Why on-site service makes a difference

Moving a broken-down machine to a workshop is often a separate job with a separate cost. Arranging a lowboy trailer, loading and transport can cost serious time before the repair even begins. On-site service removes these steps entirely.

When a single machine stops on site, the entire workflow that depends on it can be affected. When the excavator stops, the trucks wait; when the wheel loader stops, the crushing and screening plant waits. Having the technician come to the site shortens the time it takes the machine to get back to work.

Repairing a machine on the spot when it isn't safe to move is also the right call from a workplace safety standpoint. Forcing a machine with a brake, travel or hydraulic fault to be moved can harm both the machine and the people around it.

What we do on site

Our service vans set out from our main workshop in İvedik OSB, Ankara, to reach job sites, quarries and mines across Türkiye. We provide on-site service for the full Komatsu range and for Bomag machines.

Which areas do you cover with on-site service?

We're based in Ankara and provide on-site service throughout Türkiye. Once you share your location, we plan accordingly.

Can every fault be repaired on site?

Many jobs can be done on site, such as maintenance, diagnostics, hoses, seals and electrical work. For major work such as engine, transmission or pump overhauls, the component is taken to our main workshop in Ankara.

Which machines do you service on site?

We service all Komatsu machines, including excavators, wheel loaders, dozers and dump trucks, as well as Bomag road rollers, compactors and pavers.

How big is your field team?

Our team includes 20 expert technicians and 8 service vans. This setup makes it easier for us to schedule requests coming in from different sites across Türkiye.
