When a truck stops, the whole cycle stops
At quarries and mines, loading, hauling and dumping form a single cycle. One truck going down slows the whole chain, from the excavator to the crusher. Heavy loads, rough haul roads and long shifts are hardest on the brakes, suspension, transmission and dump system.
On dump trucks, safety depends directly on maintenance. A weakening brake or retarder poses a serious risk on a loaded descent. We make brake, steering and suspension checks a priority at every service.

Common dump truck faults we see
Weak brakes on loaded descents
Worn brake discs, a retarder problem or overheated brake cooling oil weaken braking when coming downhill loaded.
Delayed gear shifts
A drop in transmission pressure, worn clutches or electronic control faults make gear shifts harsh or delayed.
Dump body rising slowly
Hoist pump wear, internal leakage in the hoist cylinders or a valve problem lengthens dump time.
Harsh ride and leaning
Gas or oil loss in the suspension cylinders makes the truck ride harshly, lean to one side and put strain on the frame.
Heavy steering
Problems with the steering pump, valve or cylinders make loaded maneuvering difficult and create a safety risk.
Power loss and overheating on ramps
A clogged radiator, or turbo or fuel system problems, make the engine labor and overheat on a loaded ramp.

Do you come out to quarries and mines?
Yes. We travel to quarry and mine sites across Türkiye with our service vans and carry out most maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs right where the truck is.
Can you plan maintenance for several trucks?
Yes. For trucks running as a fleet, we plan maintenance together with you so it has the least possible impact on production.
How often should the brakes be checked?
The brake system should be checked at every periodic maintenance. Trucks working on long, steep ramps may need more frequent checks.
Is the transmission overhaul covered by warranty?
Yes. Transmissions we overhaul are delivered under warranty. You can get details on the warranty terms at the quote stage.
